We offer free shipping all over India on all orders! Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement and it takes another 2-7 working days to reach you based on your location. We have a settlement cycle of ''transaction day + 7 days for domestic and transaction day + 10 days International''

We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay in delivery time. In the event that the item(s) are wait-listed or pre-ordered, please allow 10-12 working days for your order to ship. Taxes and duties are included in the product price. 

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.

Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

Kindly make sure that Mobile number is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at +91-9512446688 (10AM - 6PM) or email us at support@itzzel.com.

Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing. 

 

RETURN:

We always strive hard to provide the best quality to our customers.

As a policy, no returns are offered on any product that’s delivered in the best of condition. However, we can offer an exchange if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order. 

In the case that you want to exchange a product, please email us your query with your order number. The order number can be found in the confirmation email as well as text message from Itzzel. We require unpacking video from customer as a proof of defective material. After we receive the email, we will respond within 1-2 working days (If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder).

The products have to be unused. Any sign of usage (tears, scratch, stains or broken) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return

The right product will be delivered to the customer in 5-7 working days after quality check.

For return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc. will be adjusted against customer refund. In case of non-serviceable pincodes, customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Your Orders can be cancelled if the same has not yet been processed from our end. 

A full refund will be initiated upon the cancellation of the order if your order is pre-paid.

 

EXCLUSIONS:

Personalized products: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on personalized, customized or modified products.

On Sale items: Sale of all discounted items is FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted/sale products. 

Special Discount: Special Codes which show “NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES” in promotion material & throughout our site at time of purchase. Your packing slip will also be stamped “ALL SALES ARE FINAL- No Returns No Exchanges”.
